Folly Beach City Council will consider our permit request for Bastille Day at the Beach, July 14, a celebration of the Freedom Folly has offered people in the past from Slaves escaping the Confederacy during the Civil War, to generations of beach goers to the transit riders we some day hope will be able to reach the sea again.
